Everest Advance Base Camp Trek (Advance EBC Trek) from Tibet provides an aspiring opportunity to be on the foothill of the highest mountain in the world. This trek is also known as the Highest Trek in the World. Everest Advance Base Camp Trek profounds with the pre-eminent beauty of the Tibetan Plateau and its mysterious wonders. Though we will be trekking above 5000 meters, this trek is not a challenging trek. The trekkers should be very cautious about their gear and their health.

Everest Advance Base Camp Trek goes through some of the most amazing cities of Tibet. Drive on the scenic road with the view of amazing landscape, traditional Tibetan villages, nomadic herdsman and their settlements, and a prominent view of Mountain Peaks. Staying 3 nights in Lhasa allows us to properly acclimatize our bodies. Lhasa, itself is a living museum and spiritual hub of Tibet. Visit Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkor street and witness this mysterious land at a glance.

Leaving Lhasa we drive through this peculiar country, exploring the best of Tibet and staying in the finest hotels and guesthouses Tibet has to offer. We will have a cultural glimpse of Tibet not only in Lhasa but in Gyantse and Shigatse as well. Visit the Monasteries, Temples and enjoy the real Tibetan lifestyle.

Day 1 :
Arrive Kathmandu (1350m/4429ft)
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, meet our office representative and be transferred to the hotel. You will have a complete pre-trip meeting. The rest of the day is free on my own. Overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 2 :
Full day guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu City
After breakfast commences the exciting sightseeing tour of culturally rich Kathmandu City. We will visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swoyambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), and Patan City (City of Fine arts). Overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 3 :
Fly from Kathmandu to Lhasa (3,650m)
Fly to Lhasa from Kathmandu. You will be welcomed by High Altitude Nomad's representative and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for acclimatization purposes. Overnight at Hotel in Lhasa.
Day 4 :
Sightseeing Tour around Lhasa
After breakfast commence for sightseeing tour in Lhasa. We will explore Sera Monastery, Jokhang Temple, and Norbulingka. Explore Barkhor market and interact with locals. Overnight at Hotel in Lhasa.
Day 5 :
Sightseeing Tour around Lhasa
Today we will have a guided sightseeing tour of Potala Palace and Drepung Monastery. Overnight at Hotel in Lhasa.
Day 6 :
Drive Lhasa - Gyantse (3,950m) - 261 Km
After breakfast board the Land Cruiser and embark on the journey to Gyantse. Driving along the friendship highway, crossing passes like Khamba La and Kharo La to reach Gyantse. Overnight stay at Hotel in Gyantse.
Day 7 :
Drive Gyantse - Shigatse (3,900m) 90 Km
Explore Gyantse. Visit to Gyantse Dzong and Kumbum. Later continue our drive to Shigatse. Shigatse is the second largest city in Tibet. Afternoon explores markets and monasteries. Overnight at Hotel in Shigatse.
Day 8 :
Shigatse - Shegar (New Tingri) (4,050m) 244 Km
Continue our drive along the Friendship highway, and pass the highest pass of our journey, Gyatso La pass (5,220m). Overnight stay at Hotel in Shegar.
Day 9 :
Drive Shegar - Rongbuk (5,000m) 68 Km
We will leave Shegar and continue our drive to Rongbuk. Today you will see the first glimpse of Mount Everest. Overnight stay at Guest House.
Day 10 :
Rongbuk Everest Bace Camp
We will stay in Rongbuk to acclimatize our body into thin air. Spend the day exploring the surrounding of Everest Base Camp. Overnight stay at Guest House.
Day 11 :
Rongbuk Everest Bace Camp
Another free day at Rongbuk to acclimatize ourselves. Overnight stay at Guest House.
Day 12 :
Trek from Everest Base Camp to Camp I (5,460m)
A challenging day as we trek to Camp I at an altitude of 5,460 meters. You will be mesmerized by the view of gigantic glaciers. Trek to the eastern side of Ice-cap towards Mount Everest. Overnight stay at Tented Camp.
Day 13 :
Trek to Interim Camp (5760m)
Trek through the gravel hill to reach the western part of Glacier. In between the Icy pinnacle lies our today's destination, Interim Camp. Overnight stay at Tented Camp.
Day 14 :
Rest in Interim Camp
Today is free for you to acclimatize. Relax and enjoy the superb view from your tent. Overnight stay at Tented Camp.
Day 15 :
Trek To Camp II (5970m)
Today trek uphill into the icy maze to reach Changtse glacier. Trek up more forward to reach Camp II. Our camp will be set in a beautiful location in between the icy glaciers.
Day 16 :
Trek to Trek to Advance EBC (6400m) and Return to Camp II
Depending on the decision of members, we decide to stay overnight at Camp III or simply hike to camp Advance Base Camp and return to Camp II for an overnight stay. If you wish you can spend your night at Advance Base Camp. Camp III, the Advance Everest Base Camp for the North Col route to Mount Everest, lies dramatically within the flattened gravel mounds next to the Glacier. You can see the view of Everest as close as possible, as the top is just 2400 meters above you. This is the closest & highest you can get to the top of Mount Everest without climbing permits.
Day 17 :
Return to Rongbuk
Retrace your trial back to Base Camp. The trek this day is long yet rewarding. Overnight stay at Guesthouse.
Day 18 :
Drive to Gyirong (2700m)
After a heavy breakfast starts driving along the Friendship highway to reach the small settlement of Gyirong, on the Nepal-Tibet border. Overnight stay at Guesthouse.
Day 19 :
Drive back to Kathmandu (160Km)
Today enter Nepal, where our representative will pick you up and start a scenic drive to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, transfer to Hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 20 :
Visit Kathmandu city. Evening Farewell dinner with cultural show
Full day sightseeing tour in Kathmandu city awaits you. Explore the real essence of Kathmandu with a full-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu city consisting of Kathmandu Durbar Square (City of Temple), Swoyambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), and Patan City (City of fine arts). Evening you will be transferred to a Nepalese restaurant for Authentic Nepalese cuisine with a cultural show.
Day 21 :
Final departure
Your trip ends. After breakfast, you will be transferred to International Airport to board your flight to your next destination.
